Role OverviewThe Coordinator leads the strategic development of the MAPs services statewide, formulating priorities and fostering a work environment consistent with the Easter Seals vision and mission. This position requires occasional travel and oversees the adult camp once a quarter.
What You Will Do
The Coordinator will develop performance plans, assign responsibilities/timelines and targets, and provide MAPs services in any region of the state of Tennessee. They will also connect with community partners, volunteers, and other human resources to assist with the successful implementation of MAPs and Recreation Camp Services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in recreation, special education or related field
- At least 3 years' experience in leadership
- Knowledge of DDA services, various modes of enabling technology, contract management, experience in the direct care/social services profession
- ACRE Certification or CESP, earned within nine months of hire
- Valid driver's license
- Valid automobile insurance
