Role OverviewSupport the Complex Manager in driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the Cold Spring facility by implementing the Pilgrim's Management Method. Collaborate with leaders and team members across the organization to identify opportunities for operational excellence, improve processes, analyze performance data, and support strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do
Lead and support continuous improvement implementation across the facility, maintain and monitor complex action plans, serve as a liaison between the facility and the corporate operational excellence team, collect and analyze operational data, provide regular updates and reports, facilitate meetings, train and coach team members, and promote a culture of problem solving and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong experience with data analysis, pivot tables, graph creation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teaching, coaching, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
