Role OverviewDirects projects and initiatives at a Processing Plant and Live Operations across a Complex of the Company, working closely with operations teams and support departments.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage process improvements, lead continuous improvement projects, and update and analyze key metrics for the assigned complex or business unit.

Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Engineering, Science, or Business focus)
- 2-5 years manufacturing industry experience (preferably in poultry)
- At least 1 year in Pilgrim's
- Background in ZBB or production
- 6 Sigma Green Belt or higher (desired)
- Lean Methodology including Waste reduction experience
