Role OverviewThis position is responsible for directing projects and initiatives at a Processing Plant and Live Operations across a Complex of the Company. Working closely with the operations teams as well as Support departments.
What You Will Do
Responsible for proactively working with facility management to identify and assess KPI gaps, and lead continuous improvement projects using Operational Excellence methodologies.

Demonstrates ownership of core tools: 6S, Writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen Events, Labor Management.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree, (Require Engineering, Science, or Business focus)
- 2 - 5 years manufacturing industry experience (preferably in poultry)
- At least 1 year in Pilgrim’s
- Background in ZBB or production
- Willingness to relocate
- Ability to work any hours as needed, flexible to work various shifts
