Job Description
The Coordinator, Patient Services role is responsible for supporting the health center's new patient primary care provider assignment, registration, insurance enrollment processes, and acting as patient advocates. The role involves recruiting, assessing, screening, and interviewing potential and actual patients for eligibility to government-sponsored health coverage programs.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Bilingual fluency Spanish/English
  • Mass Health Experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of all government sponsored health insurance programs
  • Previous Customer Service work or volunteer experience
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Exceptional judgment, initiative, and leadership skills
  • Ability to promote a team environment with proven successful outcomes
