Job Description
The Coordinator, Sysco Merchandising Services Costing position is responsible for administration and maintenance of Sysco Merchandising and Supply Chain centralized pricing and purchase order flow.

Requirements

  • Implement and maintain accurate centralized supplier product costing in multiple applications
  • Implement and review Supplier cost file submissions for accuracy
  • Resolve live purchase order inquiries prior to purchase order ship date
  • Research and resolve purchase order claims and repayment requests in collaboration with Accounts Payable, to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations
  • Assist and educate internal Colleagues and external Suppliers with pricing functionality and cost file submissions
  • Implement and maintain new item additions and attributes
  • Initiate root cause analysis on repetitive cost discrepancies and implement corrective action
  • Manually maintain accurate supplier records for publication and use by multiple departments
