Coordinator, Ticket Sales Experiences

The Ticket Sales Experiences Coordinator will assist the Ticket Sales and Service department in developing and executing ticketing experiences and special offers for current clients, new business development, and group sales efforts. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on event development, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include developing and executing ticketing experiences, providing logistical support, training sales staff, collaborating with event production and sales staff, and managing group and prospect experiences. The role also involves managing the group event calendar, coordinating day-of logistics, and creating and distributing group documentation.
