Role OverviewAs a Copper Splicer, you'll connect and maintain copper wire networks for telecommunications, ensuring reliable phone and internet services. You'll work in the field, performing cable upgrades and splicing tasks, testing and activating equipment, and documenting work performed through daily production reports.

Your main responsibilities will include performing cable upgrades and splicing tasks, testing and activating equipment, and ensuring all splicing operations meet strict customer and industry standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for individuals with 6 months of copper splicing experience or 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry. Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid State driver's license
- DOT physical exam
