Job Description
Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company. We develop, manufacture and repair critical turbine components for a range of engine platforms. Our solutions support the engines running the aerospace, energy and defense industries around the world.

Requirements

  • Carefully file, smooth, and shape ceramic cores using hand tools,, and precision instruments.
  • Inspect cores for cracks, chips, or dimensional defects, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Perform minor repairs (patch) or touch-ups to maintain product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
  • Document work that has been performed and report any quality issues to supervisors and team leads.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read, interpret and adhere to technical drawings and read procedural documentation.
  • Experience with fine hand-finishing or similar precision work preferred.
  • Commitment to quality and safety standards.
  • Able to safely and efficiently operate machinery and tooling
