Job Description
Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company that develops, manufactures, and repairs critical turbine components for the aerospace, energy, and defense industries. As a Core Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for precise finishing, inspection, and preparation of ceramic cores used in investment casting processes.

Requirements

  • Carefully file, smooth, and shape ceramic cores using hand tools, and precision instruments.
  • Inspect cores for cracks, chips, or dimensional defects, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Perform minor repairs (patch) or touch-ups to maintain product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
  • Document work that has been performed and report any quality issues to supervisors and team leads.
