Job Description
The Core Operations & Automation Process Manager (Information Technology Manager 1) leads a team responsible for system development, ongoing maintenance, and automation initiatives that support BWC's Core Operations & Automation Platforms.

Requirements

  • Manage the Core Operations & Automation Platforms team
  • Oversee development and maintenance of automation solutions
  • Develop system, project, and section policies
  • Conduct high-level design and analysis for automation systems and solutions
  • Evaluate software and hardware products for potential acquisition
  • Approve and manage Time Off Requests through Kronos
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Interview candidates, participate in hiring decisions
  • Recognize outstanding team achievements and coordinate training and development opportunities
  • Meet with vendors, users, and management to exchange information and resolve technical challenges
  • Create, publish, and present regular reports
  • Provide timely updates to IT leadership regarding system issues or outages
