Job Description
The Core Operations & Automation Process Manager (Information Technology Manager 1) leads a team responsible for system development, ongoing maintenance, and automation initiatives that support BWC's Core Operations & Automation Platforms.
Requirements
Manage the Core Operations & Automation Platforms team
Oversee development and maintenance of automation solutions
Develop system, project, and section policies
Conduct high-level design and analysis for automation systems and solutions
Evaluate software and hardware products for potential acquisition
Approve and manage Time Off Requests through Kronos
Conduct performance evaluations
Interview candidates, participate in hiring decisions
Recognize outstanding team achievements and coordinate training and development opportunities
Meet with vendors, users, and management to exchange information and resolve technical challenges
Create, publish, and present regular reports
Provide timely updates to IT leadership regarding system issues or outages
