Role OverviewThe CORE Site Manager works under the supervision of the Reentry Center Director and oversees the operation of the CORE Program, ensuring compliance with applicable contracts and demonstrating progress towards established Participant and Program outcomes.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include program management, people management, quality assurance, worksite operations, and effective communication. The Site Manager will also engage stakeholders, build key partnerships, and coach and develop Center staff.
