Job Description
BDO is seeking a Core Tax Intern to work in San Jose, CA. The intern will be responsible for preparing tax returns and extensions under the supervision of experienced professionals. This is a full-time internship for Summer 2026.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting or other relevant field
  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting or other relevant field (preferred)
  • Leadership experience (preferred)
  • Actively pursuing school credits to become a CPA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions as directed
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to prepare simple tax returns
