Role OverviewThe Corporate Accountant will prepare financial reports to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. The role is 100% on-site at our Ladera Ranch, CA headquarters.
What You Will Do
Performs general accounting and other related duties in the accounting department. Assists with preparing monthly financial statement consolidation and quarterly financial statement packages for senior management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in Public Accounting and/or private company accounting experience
- Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting
- Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be detailed oriented while multi-tasking in a fast-paced company
- Must be hands-on and work effectively in a demanding environment
- Be able to adapt quickly to change
- Real Estate/REIT experience a plus
