What You Will Do
Manages the service technician intern pipeline, completes service technician onboarding training, executes forklift training strategy, and works with CPM and SSM to report and update progress on JDU credits to goal.

Must have 3-5 years’ experience in managing Service Department operations, ability to speak effectively one-on-one and within a group, excellent understanding of financial principles relative to Service Department operations, and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in managing Service Department operations
- Ability to speak effectively one-on-one and within a group

- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Basic business knowledge and math skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required
- Must pass a pre-employment background study
