Requirements

  • Maintain corporate existence and good standing for all Benchmark-related entities
  • Maintain and update all minute books and share records for all Benchmark entities
  • Form new Benchmark entities and maintain good standing for each Benchmark entity in each state in which it is qualified to do business
  • Assist the field with maintenance of business and building permits
  • Manage preparation and timely submission of regulatory filings
  • Follow up with internal clients on any certification fees or post license renewal submission obligations
