Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join our growing Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated transactional matters within a collaborative corporate practice.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of corporate transactional experience
  • Substantial experience handling mergers and acquisitions matters
  • Experience representing clients in buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Ability to manage transactions through all phases of the deal lifecycle
  • Strong drafting and negotiation experience involving key transaction documents
  • Admission in good standing in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice
