Job Description
We are working with a well-regarded Am Law firm seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its growing Mergers & Acquisitions practice. This opportunity is available in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York and offers the chance to work on sophisticated transactional matters within a collaborative and highly respected corporate practice.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of corporate transactional experience
  • Experience handling mergers and acquisitions matters
  • Experience representing clients in both buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Strong drafting and negotiation experience involving key transaction documents
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, research, and communication skills
  • Strong technical and transactional abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
  • Strong client service instincts and business judgment
  • Admission in good standing in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice
