Requirements

  • At least 5 years of corporate transactional experience
  • Substantial experience handling mergers and acquisitions matters
  • Experience representing clients in both buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while collaborating effectively within a team environment
