Corporate Associate (Attorney)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of law firm transactional experience
• Substantial experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated corporate transaction documents
• Experience with venture capital transactions and/or mergers and acquisitions is required
• Experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters is strongly preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail and sound business judgment
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission in good standing in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice
