Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Associate (Attorney) with at least 3 years of law firm transactional experience to join our Boston, Stamford, New Haven, or New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated corporate transaction documents, with a focus on venture capital transactions and/or mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Admission in good standing in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice
