Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Associate with at least two years of experience to join our Hartford, CT; Stamford, CT; or New Haven, CT office. The ideal candidate has experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents.

Requirements

  • At least two years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting
  • CT Bar admission, or the ability to become admitted in CT after hire
  • Graduation from law school and practice experience
