Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Associate with at least two years of experience to join our Hartford, CT; Stamford, CT; or Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate has general corporate and transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents.

Requirements

  • At least two years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • Admitted in the state their office is located, or have the ability to become admitted in that state after hire
