Requirements

At least three years of law firm experience
Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
Experience with Venture Capital or M&A
Experience with securities law compliance and corporate governance matters (desired)
Bar admission in the state of practice
Excellent academic credentials
Highly motivated
Strong communication skills
