Role OverviewAssists with the underwriting of new Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) and Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”) transactions, and monitors an active portfolio of existing REIT & CRE loans. Works alongside a seasoned team of professionals, including Banking Officers and other Credit Associates.
What You Will Do
Assists with the development, structure, negotiation and closing of REIT & CRE transactions, researches and analyzes corporate financial statements, prepares various reports for senior management and credit, and performs demand analysis and market research.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- up to two (2) years of relevant experience
