Job Description
Olympic Steel is looking for a Corporate Benefits Administrator to develop, supervise, implement, and communicate employee benefits, oversee insurance vendor relations, and administer the Company Wellness Program and weekly 401(k) needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
