The Corporate Benefits Specialist oversees daily administration of health and welfare programs, provides benefits guidance, resolves issues, and ensures accurate program delivery.

Requirements

  • Manage annual open enrollment process
  • Implement benefit plan and premium changes
  • Process benefit enrollments for new hires, terminations, and qualifying life events
  • Monitor vendor integrations and ensure data accuracy
  • Administer 401(k) enrollments and compliance testing
  • Manage COBRA notifications and Family Medical Leave requests
  • Serve as primary contact for employee benefit inquiries
  • Verify leave accruals and approve related transactions
  • Prepare benefit reports and monthly insurance billings
  • Review and process benefit-related payment requests
  • Support workers' compensation and unemployment claims
  • Administer annual merit review process and assist with compensation updates
  • Update employee manuals, forms, and related documentation
