Job Description
Corporate Bookkeeper is responsible for all general accounting and bookkeeping functions, including the preparation of financial statements.

Requirements

  • Maintaining accurate and up‐to‐date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Reconciling bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor accounts
  • Preparing financial statements, including balance sheet and statements regarding income and cash flows
  • Ensuring monthly, quarterly and year end close is processed accurately and efficiently
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintaining knowledge of current federal, state, and local legal requirements, ensuring compliance, filing reports
  • Understanding of Tax Laws and Regulations
  • Provide updates and reports to Management
  • Administrative duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
