Job Description
Seaman Corporation is seeking a Corporate Communications Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position will support initiatives that engage associates and external partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, communications, or employee engagement programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills for events and communication initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and photo/video production support.
  • Analytical skills for tracking engagement metrics and preparing reports.
