Job Description
Seaman Corporation is seeking a Corporate Communications Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position will support initiatives that engage associates and external partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and values.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in event coordination, communications, or employee engagement programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Strong organizational and planning skills for events and communication initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and photo/video production support.
Analytical skills for tracking engagement metrics and preparing reports.
