Job Description
A high-growth, PE-backed manufacturing organization is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead global accounting operations and elevate the function to best-in-class. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to executive leadership and investors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance – MBA preferred
  • Experience in public accounting – CPA highly preferred
  • Progressive experience in Accounting leadership (Controller / Director-level)
  • Background in manufacturing, retail, or distribution environments; CPG experience strongly preferred
  • Experience operating within global organizations and leading international teams
  • Exposure to mid-to-large scale companies (beyond early-stage / small revenue environments)
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and investors
  • Ability to Travel Domestically
