Job Description
This role is responsible for the integrity, accuracy and efficiency of the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. The Corporate Controller oversees the general ledger, financial close process, consolidated financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal control environment while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Master's degree in accounting or finance and CPA designation preferred
  • 8 + years of progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility
  • 3 - 5 + years of experience in a controller or senior accounting leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience managing financial closing processes and financial statements preparation
  • Experience leading external audits and working with independent auditors
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Advanced computer skills including experience with MS Excel and Microsoft Office products
