Role OverviewThe Corporate Controller will lead the global accounting organization, partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership, and play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, controls, manufacturing accounting, systems, and processes as the business continues to grow.
What You Will Do
Lead global accounting and financial reporting, oversee global consolidations, month-end close, U.S. GAAP reporting, internal controls, accounting policies, and external audit activities. Lead manufacturing and cost accounting, build and strengthen the company's internal control environment, and partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- CPA required with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Prior experience as a Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting, or similar senior accounting leader
- Significant experience within a complex manufacturing environment, including cost accounting, inventory, standard costing, and multi-site operations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, global consolidations, financial reporting, internal controls, and external audit management
- Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams across multiple locations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively across Finance, Operations, and senior leadership
