Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar

- Experience with corporate transactional matters
- Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage numerous matters and competing priorities with limited supervision
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to recognize significant legal and business risks and elevate issues appropriately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain legal concepts clearly and concisely to business professionals
