Role OverviewThe Corporate Counsel will be responsible for a variety of research and legal matters, as well as supporting the business from a compliance standpoint. This role requires 100% onsite attendance in our Pontiac office.
What You Will Do
Assist with researching and responding to compliance questions from the business. Daily Administrative duties pertaining to the Legal/Compliance team, Reviewing, monitoring, and summarizing new and updated laws and regulations, Researching and analyzing law sources such as federal and state statutes and regulations, Supporting regulatory filings, Assisting with managing company policies and procedures, Assisting with Legal/Compliance trainings, Performing clerical duties such as scheduling meetings and composing and typing routine correspondence.
