Role OverviewSupport government contracting compliance efforts, review government contract solicitations and proposals, provide guidance on subcontracts and technology development agreements, advise on intellectual property matters, ensure compliance with U.S. and international government contracts, and develop strategies for handling legal issues.
What You Will Do
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, counsel internal business clients, and manage legal risk.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in transactional work, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts or equivalent
