Role OverviewHelp shape the future of global connectivity as a Corporate Counsel for Amazon Leo, a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites delivering low-latency, high-speed broadband access to underserved communities. You will negotiate and structure complex commercial transactions supporting Amazon Leo's growing portfolio of enterprise customers, channel partners, and mobility-related engagements.
What You Will Do
Draft and lead negotiations for strategic enterprise agreements, commercial transactions, technology partnerships, and channel partner agreements. Advise business teams on legal, commercial, operational, and strategic considerations associated with large-scale customer and partnership engagements.

Requirements
- 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
