Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in Illinois (or immediate ability to become licensed)
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a legal environment handling commercial transactions
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Overall broad knowledge of contract law, commercial transactions, marketing/advertising, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution
