Gleason Corporation is a leader in gear technology, and the Corporate Counsel role is a key member of the Legal and IP Department. The role involves providing support and project management on commercial transactions, intellectual property, and compliance matters.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and a valid license to practice law in New York State
  • 3-5+ years of law firm experience, ideally with in-house experience
  • Experience working in or with clients in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
