Job Description
Provide in-house legal support to the various business functions, review, draft and negotiate contractual agreements, and ensure compliance with local and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
Juris doctorate degree from an ABA accredited school
Licensed to practice law from a State Bar Association
1-6 years of legal experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong negotiating analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts directly and clearly
Ability to work both independently and with multiple teams
Common sense, great judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a sense of humor
Great teammate with demonstrated skills to work effectively with colleagues and business clients
Results oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ethical and professional integrity
Understanding of technology with some experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Knowledge of wireless products and services and previous corporate in-house experience a plus
