Job Description
Under the direction of the General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel will provide in-house legal support to the various business functions, providing legal guidance relating to the Company’s business activities.

Requirements

  • Review, draft, and negotiate various documents, including contracts, related to, among other things, non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, marketing, products, and professional services.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives and ensure compliance with local and federal laws and regulations.
  • Interprets laws and regulations and provides legal advice and counsel with the goal of ensuring organizational compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Researches and anticipates unique legal issues that could impact the company.
  • Reviews advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements.
