Job Description
Role Overview

This role serves as counsel to various business partners of the Enterprise with a heavy focus on transactional work. The Corporate Counsel will assist with negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and supporting to maintain Enterprise operations compliant with applicable laws.

What You Will Do

Primarily draft, review, edit and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including supply agreements, sales contracts, licensing agreements, sale and purchase agreements, consulting agreements, leases and other commercial agreements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, active bar membership, and at least 5 years of legal experience as a transactional attorney.

  • Minimum 5 years of legal experience as a transactional attorney
  • Law firm experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters
  • Ability to travel
