Role OverviewAs Corporate Counsel at Lambda, you will perform a broad range of legal work with a primary focus on supporting and overseeing corporate governance, equity administration, securities, and transactional matters. You will report to Lambda's Associate General Counsel, Corporate. The role requires presence in the San Francisco office 4 days per week.
What You Will Do
Provide counseling, support, and organization to enable key business initiatives like equity fundraising rounds, debt financings, M&A, and strategic investments. Manage equity management, corporate governance, subsidiaries, people and culture, research and process improvement, and as-needed legal support.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will need to have a JD from an accredited law school, admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and 3+ years of combined law firm and/or in-house experience. You should have a solid corporate background covering governance, financings, and entity management, and exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
