What You Will Do
Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs with neoclouds and customers, design innovative commercial agreements, and navigate regulatory and compliance landscapes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including commercial technology transactions and meaningful in-house experience, and a strong understanding of committed capacity, usage-based pricing, and SLAs.
Requirements
- J.D. and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating complex infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise customer MSAs
- Strong understanding of committed capacity, usage-based pricing, SLAs, security obligations, indemnities, liability caps, and termination economics
