Role OverviewNTT DATA seeks a Corporate Counsel to join their Legal Department's commercial transactions team. The attorney will support the sales and delivery organizations of NTT DATA North America and work on transactions and other matters across various business verticals.
What You Will Do
Lead counsel in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for complex IT services transactions, advise business clients on terms and conditions, and risks, assist in developing and achieving resolutions to business disputes with customers, enforce compliance with corporate policies, and provide legal support for employment law issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably with some law firm experience, and strong written and verbal communications skills. They will also have the ability to exercise independent judgment and interact with senior business executives.
