What You Will Do
Manage a team of internal and external stakeholders, provide guidance to internal business units, review marketing and advertising materials for legal compliance, and develop proactive strategies to evaluate legal claims.

Requirements
- Licensed as an attorney to practice law
- Minimum of 5 years as a practicing lawyer with law firm or in-house litigation experience
- Significant experience litigating class action, consumer protection, and/or product liability claims
- Experience counseling on advertising and marketing compliance
