Job Description
We are hiring a Corporate Counsel with deep experience in SaaS and commercial contracts to review and negotiate sales agreements, vendor contracts, and RFPs, as well as support internal legal needs across departments.

Requirements

  • JD and bar admission in good standing (any U.S. state)
  • 6+ years of legal experience, with significant time reviewing and negotiating SaaS contracts
  • Strong understanding of liability, indemnity, IP, data privacy, employment-related issues, and commercial terms
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 and its impact on contract terms and vendor/customer expectations
  • High attention to detail, you’re careful, thorough, and catch small errors before they become problems
  • Comfortable managing multiple agreements and deadlines at once
  • Clear, direct communicator who can explain legal terms to non-lawyers
  • Proficient with a MacBook, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and Adobe Acrobat Pro
