Role OverviewAs a Corporate Counsel, you will provide transactional legal support across key business areas, including Digital, Analytics, and Technology. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to advise on contracts, risk, and compliance with a practical, risk-balanced approach.
What You Will Do
Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements across the business, with an emphasis on technology transactions, advise stakeholders on risk, compliance, and business-related legal matters, and manage a high volume of agreements and multiple transactions simultaneously.

Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
- 3 years of post-bar experience in law firm, government, or corporate settings
- 2 years supporting complex commercial contracts in the technology space
