Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Customer Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Morton Community Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and resolving incoming customer calls regarding Retail and Business Online Banking products, as well as Retail customer service. The role involves providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and promoting bank products and services. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills while making a difference in the lives of our customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BSA and other Bank related training through BAI is required annually
  • Fluent in MCB deposit products, in use of MCBE, in use of Continuity Control, in MCB Overdraft Program
  • Fluent in all types of transaction channels: ACH, Online Banking, Checks, Mobile, Wires, Person-to-Person Payments (P2P)
  • Adhere to MCB’s customer identification procedures when communicating with customers over phone or email
  • Knowledge of customer service principles & relevant computer skills
