Role OverviewThe Corporate Development Associate works directly alongside the Sr. Director of Corporate Development on financial modeling and strategic initiatives that shape CEC’s growth. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone with training in a rigorous analytical environment, such as investment banking, corporate development, or management consulting.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain dynamic financial models, create executive- and board-ready presentation materials, collaborate with operations, finance, and executive leadership, and contribute to building systems and processes that scale with the company.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, management consulting, or a similar analytical role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience with financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Experience in a high-growth, industrials, infrastructure, or services-oriented business preferred
