Role OverviewThe Corporate Development Associate will help the executive leadership team perform financial and strategic analysis of potential acquisition & divestiture transactions for Dynasty. The role will involve working closely with departments across Dynasty to bring an integrated approach to the review of opportunities.
What You Will Do
Preparation of materials for executive leadership, creation of financial models, maintaining quarterly portfolio materials, performing detailed research and strategic analysis, working collaboratively across cross-functional project or deal teams, establishing relationships with investment banks, and writing and delivering communications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, consulting, and/or transaction advisory, or a combination
- Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P Capital IQ, S&P Capital IQ Pro, or similar platform
